At Macdonald floor we work under an enterprise bargaining agreement certified by the C.F.M.E.U construction division (Victoria) and the F.A.V floorcovering association of Victoria.

We foster a strong and collaborative team of skilled team members in individual roles within our business.

We are always on the lookout for qualified tradespersons or suitable candidates for the following roles on commercial building sites, candidates would need a construction industry induction card as a minimum requirement to be considered for such work.

• Commercial vinyl floor and wall installers
• Commercial carpet tile and broadloom installers
• Commercial timber floor installers

Floor preparation installers– experienced in diamond grinding, self-levelling screeds, set down screeds, water proof membranes + moisture barriers.

We provide the following to ensure a suitable and successful relationship between the installer & the company.

All job materials supplied are delivered to site-

Invoices paid weekly via eft-

cbus, incolink, seet etc paid on your behalf

Installer supply the following to ensure a suitable and successful relationship between the installer & the company

Appropriate tools required to undertake works, A suitable knowledge of there chosen field and qualification were required, a great attitude to undertake such work, personal public liability policy and a workmanship guarantee-
